Alleygating in Braemar Avenue - references

A key effort of the residents association has been towards the installation of alleygates protecting the private (jointly owned) area within the 'island' surrounded by part of Braemar Avenue closer to the Welsh Harp.

The website of the Brent Environmental Health Department is an excellent source of information for all those interested in what the council can do to improve our local area. Here is their environmental improvement section. The Brent "guide to alleygating" (pfd file) can be found by navigating within the section - or here.

The Braemar Avenue NW10 Residents Association

Welcome to the website of the Braemar Avenue NW10 Residents Association.

In September 2006 the local residents of Braemar Avenue NW10 (London) should have received a letter from Brent Council. advising of the election of a local residents committee for Braemar Avenue.
This residents association primarily evolved in our attempt to improve our environment and the safety of local residents. Where possible and appropriate, this website will host material and information relevant to all us, local residents.

Thank you for your interest, and stay tuned for more.
